- All sightseeing is conducted through Statue of Unity Shuttle Buses. Transportation charges are included in the package and connect all sightseeing attractions conveniently.
- Missed attractions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The decision of the Statue of Unity Authority shall be final regarding any operational changes, restrictions, or closures.
- In rare cases of unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours.
- Camera charges (if applicable) must be paid directly at the respective tourist attractions.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% Refund if cancelled more than 120 hours before the visit date.
- 50% Refund if cancelled between 120 hours and 72 hours before the visit date.
- No Refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the visit date.
- The visit date itself is excluded from the hour calculation.
