STATUE OF UNITY

The Statue of Unity is the tallest statue in the world and one of India’s most popular tourist attractions, located in Kevadia, Gujarat. Dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the “Iron Man of India,” the monument represents unity, strength, and national pride. Sardar Patel played a vital role in India’s independence movement and successfully united 562 princely states into one united nation. Standing at an impressive height of 182 metres, the statue is beautifully situated on Sadhu Bet Island in the Narmada River near the famous Sardar Sarovar Dam.
